Are you a skilled maintenance person looking for the opportunity to spend this coming winter in the stunning French Alps?
Ski Beat is looking for a hard-working, multi skilled individual with a fun, flexible, easy-going attitude to be responsible for the repairs and maintenance of their ski chalets and staff accommodation in their resorts of Val d'Isère, La Rosière, La Plagne, Les Arcs and La Tania.
You will be very customer-focused person, with an ability to carry our repairs in an efficient, high quality manner to ensure minimal disruption to our clients, while being adaptable enough to take on whatever comes your way.
This position runs from mid November to May
responsibilities.

Repair a diverse range of problems from broken beds, to common electrical problems, to blocked pipes etc.

Spotting potential problems before they arise.

Maintaining chalets and accommodation to a high standard, for example - painting walls, tightening screws, re-sealing baths/showers etc.

Keep work sheets up-to-date.

Liaise with local tradesmen where necessary.

Dealing with emergencies when they occur.

Move equipment between resorts.

Return weekly expenses.
about you.
You will preferably be qualified in a trade, or have significant experience in maintenance role, and preferably have some idea of the hospitality industry. You are required to have a clean, valid, full driving licence as you will need to travel between resorts.

Competitive base salary plus holiday pay (paid monthly in Euros into your Euro bank account).

Salary will be dependent on experience, within the range of 2250 - 2500 euros per month (gross).
