our recipe for success.
  • Recruit some passionate cooks and enthusiatic hosts

  • Offer a cookery day as part of the interview process to make sure all our hosts meet our high standards

  • Introduce them to the Ski Beat menu guide in advance of the winter season so they can practice before they come to France

  • Incorporate cooking the menu as part of our pre-season training course in La Rosière

  • Ensure all hosts are producing fabulous food throughout the season

Result? Very satisfied Ski Beat guests who come back year after year and ask us for our recipes!
